You'll hear from Sam personally, the same person who runs the company. Not a ticket queue, not an offshore intake team.

We work exclusively with businesses, not individuals

Send Sam a message.

Goes straight to Sam, not a queue. Fill this out and he'll follow up personally.

Serving Lakeland and all of Polk County.

Headquartered in Lakeland, working with businesses from Winter Haven to Plant City. If your business runs on Apple anywhere in Polk County, you're in our service area.

What to expect.

  • Sam reads what you send personally. There's no sales team filtering it and no offshore queue in between.
  • Phone and email hours are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. Reach out any time and Sam will follow up personally.
  • Every managed client's fleet is also watched by 24/7 monitoring, on top of business hours. A lot gets caught and handled before anyone needs to pick up a phone.
  • We're a business-only shop. If what you need is personal computer help, we're not the right fit, and we'll tell you that plainly rather than take the work anyway.
  • Once you're a client, your agreement spells out real response times, and in practice we beat them by hours, not just meet them.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with individuals, or only businesses?

Businesses only. We don't take on personal computer support, even as a favor for a referral's family member. Staying focused on managed IT for Polk County businesses is what lets us go deep instead of spreading thin.

What happens after I reach out?

Sam reads it personally, not a sales team or a ticket queue. He'll follow up to understand what's actually going on and give you a straight answer about whether MacServ is a fit.

What are your hours?

Phone and email are covered 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. Every managed client's devices are also watched by monitoring around the clock, so plenty gets caught and handled outside those hours too.

Do I need to already be in the middle of a problem to reach out?

No. Most engagements do start as an emergency, an outage, a lost device, a security scare, but you don't need one to talk to us. Some of the best conversations happen before anything's actually broken.

Ready to talk?

A free consultation, no sales pitch. You'll be talking to the person who runs the company, about what your business actually needs.
